The best way to avoid any problems with our propane service is to make sure that you do not run out in the first place. If you ever find yourself without propane, it's important to know what steps to take.

First, you'll need to inform us that you're out of propane so that we can send a technician to inspect your system. Whether you unknowingly ran out of propane or know there is a leak; before we can refill your tank. There are a few things that out technician will need to do.

Propane tank inspection

Inspections for emergency delivery from us are mandatory and will ensure that your tank is in proper working order (no leaks), allowing us to refill your tank and you to get back up and running as soon as possible.

For home propane tanks, an above-ground tank is the most popular route. This option costs considerably less and is a more cost-effective options for maintenance compared to below-ground propane tanks.

What the technician will do

The technician will perform a series of mandatory test to ensure your propane system is working correctly.
  • Initial pressure test
  • Low pressure leak test
  • High pressure leak test
If the testing returns with no leaks being found, the technician will refill your propane tank. If the technician finds there to be a leak; at that time, the technician will advise on what needs to be done.
